Hello! I'm Haley.
I specialize in working with young adults navigating anxiety, trauma (including intergenerational trauma), identity, life transitions, academic stress, and relationship challenges. I especially support those who feel sensitive, overwhelmed, creatively blocked, or unsure where they belong.

My holistic, trauma-informed approach weaves together EMDR, mindfulness, somatic practices, family systems, attachment theory, and the Four Shields of Human Nature framework. Sessions are warm, collaborative, and tailored to your pace—often including nature-based or creative tools to support healing and self-discovery.

*I can offer flexible meeting times to accommodate your unique scheduling needs!
