Hale Counseling NW provides warm, relational therapy for college students navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, identity questions, relationship struggles, family conflict, and major life transitions.
College can bring a lot to the surface: academic pressure, loneliness, perfectionism, burnout, changing family dynamics, dating challenges, friendship issues, and uncertainty about the future. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel less alone, and get support making sense of what you are experiencing.
Our therapists are down-to-earth, collaborative, and trauma-informed. We also offer low-cost therapy with graduate student interns for students looking for affordable care.
