Hadleigh Roy
Hadleigh Roy is a dedicated and compassionate counselor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Robert Morris University. Her primary focus is on working with individuals and families dealing with a wide range of issues, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, sexuality, and trauma.
Hadleigh has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings, including outpatient, family therapy, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. She is particularly skilled in utilizing a family-based approach to treating children and adolescents with eating disorders. In addition, Hadleigh has worked in an early education setting, providing Child-Centered Play Therapy to children experiencing trauma, grief, and loss.
Hadleigh's treatment approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She draws on a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Client-Centered Therapy, Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, The Maudsley Family-Based Method, Mindfulness, and Psychoeducation.
