Sometimes in life we need a nudge in the right direction. The question is: how do we begin to heal? Understanding symptoms of anxiety and trauma, why you’re feeling less connected to others or having disingenuous relationships, while figuring out who you are authentically to gain a sense of belonging can be both empowering and challenging.
Cue the therapeutic process. Together as a team I will give you tools for understanding, empowerment, change, and healing and you will implement them, choosing the tools that work best for you as we move through your therapeutic journey. This is your journey; I meet you holistically where you are and to hold space where you can grow.
I will nurture, support, nudge, listen, process with you and cheer you along. The tools I provide will change depending on your needs throughout the process.
