I have a background in working with a wide population from children to adults with a variety of mental health and career concerns. I have experience working with individuals with disabilities, specifically intellectual disabilities (IDD) as well as neurotypical individuals. My approach is integrative, drawing from multiple evidenced-based practices to tailor to the client’s needs. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights necessary to make meaningful and lasting changes.
