Erica Lowder, MA — Pre-Licensed Mental Health Clinician
I primarily work with girls and women who are navigating:
* Anxiety and overthinking
* Self-esteem, confidence, and identity
* Relationships, boundaries, and people-pleasing
* Life transitions and major changes
* Women’s health and mental wellness
* College and early adulthood
My approach is warm, strengths-based, and collaborative. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, develop practical tools, and move toward the life they want.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions and currently have availability Monday through Thursday evenings from 4:00–8:00 PM.
