Welcome to Growing in Care! We work with clients of all ages, including youth, young adults and college aged students, adults, couples, and families. We support varying diagnoses and symptoms, related but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life adjustments, relational concerns, parenting, identity, school adjustment, and developmental needs. We meet with clients both in person and virtually. We utilize approaches including CBT, music and art, strengths based approaches, play, and other approaches that best fit the individual seeking care.
