Perhaps you know exactly what you want to work on. You know you need change in your life. Perhaps it’s treatment for anxiety, depression, or learning to create healthy connections to others and the world around you.
Or maybe you don't know exactly what’s going on, but you know that it’s painful and keeping you from feeling the way you want to feel and living the life you want to live. Individual therapy can be helpful when we are stuck ruminating about the past, uncertain about the future, or struggling with our present circumstances. Let’s work on creating change together.
During individual therapy, you can expect to be guided through ways to develop healthy attitudes towards life’s challenges. You can expect to be surrounded authenticity, plants, and lots of plant related metaphors (after all, we can often blame it on our roots). Lastly, you can expect to work hard to maximize your growth, and you can expect homework!
