College can bring up more than you expect — old patterns resurface, relationships get complicated, and sometimes it's hard to explain why you feel off when everything looks fine on paper. I work best with students who have some awareness of what's going on but can't seem to make it stop. If you're dealing with trauma, identity questions, ADHD, anxiety, or just a persistent feeling that something underneath isn't working — this is a good space to figure it out.
