Hi, I’m Griffin (he/him).

College can bring up more than you expect. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or repeating patterns in relationships you don't know how to change. A lot of the students I work with already have insight into what’s going on, but it hasn’t led to things actually feeling different.

I work with students dealing with trauma, ADHD, bipolar, self-worth, identity, and relationship patterns. In our first sessions, we’ll get clear on what’s bringing you in and how it’s showing up. From there, we’ll focus on shifting patterns and building practical ways to respond so you can feel more stable, clear, and in control.

Therapy with me is collaborative and straightforward. We’ll talk things through in a way that actually makes sense and focus on what will help things change—not just what helps you understand it better. I offer virtual therapy for students in Oregon.
