A bit more about my approach to therapy:
My approach is down-to-earth, encouraging, and guided foremost by the client. The #1 adage leading my practice is “start where the client is”. I listen carefully, reflect for clarity, and help clients to articulate deeper understanding of themselves.
Individuals questioning their sexual identity, LGBTQ, and BIPOC clients will be supported and affirmed. Creative types are welcomed: use of creativity is an unlimited source of healing potential.

Every individual deserves to find a meaningful sense of purpose, direction, and belonging. After our first session together, I hope for you to feel seen, understood, and supported upon a path of increasing possibility; my hope is that you will feel more capable in the moment of managing what life has waiting for you next.
