Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

Take a moment to thank yourself for being here! Reaching out for support takes courage - I'm glad you're here. Therapy offers a place to reconnect with yourself during difficult moments or times of change.

As a therapist, I'm a guide along the way, offering support, insight, and tools to help you feel stronger and more confident in this moment and going forward. The path toward healing and growth doesn’t look the same for everyone - working with me can include talk therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, journaling, sand tray, and art. I have training and experience in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, crisis work, and anti-oppression philosophies.

You're the author of your life story - what do you want the next chapter to look and feel like? Let's work together to get there - reach out today!
