I use various treatment modalities with clients including ACT, Mindfulness-CBT and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). I believe our emotions and behaviors are influenced by our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves, so I work with you to address these.
It can feel uncomfortable/scary/weird to start counseling, but my goal in every session is for you to have a safe and genuine experience where you feel heard by another human being.
