Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Counselors

Exploring tensions, suffering, or stuckness you may be experiencing takes courage. I honor and celebrate the opportunity to witness each individual’s process and show up as their collaborator. Humans are wired to be in connection and community, and it is through relationship that we can experience safety, growth, and empowerment.

I enter the counseling relationship with curiosity and nonjudgement. What are your values and how do they inform your perspective? What are your stories and meaning-making process? How does your environment and systems impact and intersect with your identities?

I have experience working with clients navigating relationship difficulties, domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse, trauma/PTSD, grief, life transitions, identity development, and neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism Spectrum Disorder). Reach out for a free consultation. I look forward to collaborating with you!
