We are committed to supporting young adults navigate school, work, relationships, and anything else associated with "adulting!" We are an emotional wellness center located in Avon, CT. Our mission is to create clarity and connection to self, others, and the world. We do this through offering individual and group psychotherapy, workshops and community events.
