Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Counselors

I work with college students who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship stress, family challenges, or big life transitions.

College can be exciting, but it can also bring a lot of pressure and uncertainty. My approach is warm, relaxed, and collaborative—I draw from person-centered, strength-based perspectives to help you better understand yourself and what you’re going through. I believe you already carry a lot of insight and strength within you. Together, we’ll sort through what feels heavy, break things down into manageable steps, and find practical ways forward. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard, and grow in confidence as you navigate this important stage of life.
