Grace Yin
You may look capable and successful on the outside, but inside, you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or unsure of yourself. Many of the students I work best with are used to setting high expectations for themselves. You may put pressure on yourself to succeed, struggle with perfectionism, or feel like you are falling behind even when others think you are doing well.
I also enjoy working with international students and students navigating different cultures. You may be balancing school with family expectations, relationships, questions about who you are and where you belong, or the stress of adapting to life away from home. Past difficult experiences may also be affecting how you feel and respond to stress today.
In our work together, you do not have to have everything figured out. We can slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and find practical ways to manage difficult emotions and everyday stress. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, understand yourself more deeply, and approach your life and relationships with greater confidence and choice.
