Grace Winter Therapy Services

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Oklahoma City. I work with college students and young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past trauma, anxiety, or relationship struggles. My approach blends warmth, relatability, and evidence-based tools, including person-centered therapy, somatic work, and trauma-informed care, so clients feel seen and supported from the very first session. I meet clients where they are, helping them process past experiences, build stronger connections, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. My goal is to help clients heal from past wounds and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and balance, through therapy that is approachable, empathetic, and tailored to their unique journey.
