Hi! my name is Grace (They/Them). I am so excited that you are here! I am a resident in counseling who works at Phases Therapy. I am a queer disabled person who is passionate to give back to the communities that have given so much to me. I am a quirky, warm, and go with the flow therapist. I approach therapy from a humanistic point of view and highly value the therapeutic alliance. Some other modalities that I use are feminist theory, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Theory. I believe that everyone is the expert and author of their story. I especially love working with folx who identify as lgbtqia+!
Some of my favorite past times when I’m not working are going to concerts (I went to 11 last year), reading, going to a pottery studio, and being in nature. Some of my favorite artists include: NOAHFINNCE, Yungblud, Sam Smith, Livingston, Conan Gray, GFlip, and Renee Rapp just to name a few. All of this to say, I would love to work alongside you on your journey!
