I work with people in all stages of life who are experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, frustration, and fatigue. Whether you're struggling with infertility, gender dysphoria and transitioning, postpartum depression, or the transition into motherhood, I'm here for you!
I also offer ADHD coaching for those seeking additional support in addition to medication management
I offer integrative psychiatric evaluations, medication management, holistic wellness coaching, and psychotherapy via Telehealth. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive. I create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered on your journey. Let’s work together to help you thrive!
I’m a therapist and prescriber who believes that good mental healthcare is just as important as physical healthcare. I specialize in working with women, children and minorities, and I want to help my clients lead healthier, happier lives.
