Grace is a Licensed Social Worker with over 6 years of experience specializing in Mood Disorders, Panic Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, ADD/ADHD, and Bereavement. Grace has extensive experience counseling adolescents, adults, seniors, families, and groups in both clinical and outpatient settings. Treating patients between the ages of 11 and 90, Grace utilizes a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
In her clinical work, Grace is well versed in both traditional therapeutic techniques as well as creative modalities such as play therapy, art therapy, and guided imagery. A holistic, strength based, person-centered approach guides her practice. In her free time, Grace enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
She also loves being outdoors, hiking, gardening, and playing with her dog. Grace has a Master of Social Work, specializing in both Health and Mental Health, from Loyola University Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Arts is Sociology from St. Norbert College.
