GPS – Guide to Personal Solutions is a non profit private operating foundation 501(c)3 based in Lansing, Michigan. GPS is a trauma informed practice that offers mental health and substance abuse services to families in the Greater Lansing area. Our therapists are kind, compassionate and will welcome you warmly into our offices.
Our therapists are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Recovery, Substance Abuse, DBT, and Experiential Therapy. They are trained to treat process Addictions (gambling, video game addictions, and others) as well as Mental Health for depression and anxiety, and most specialize in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
We work with all ages, and provide both individual and group services. We would love to hear from you and discuss how we can help develop a plan with you and your support system for recovery.
Our office hours are: 9-7 Monday through Friday and by Appointment on Saturday
English, Spanish, Russian and Korean languages available.
