Hi there! Whether you’ve experienced a traumatic event, are navigating a life transition, or need help better understanding yourself and what’s holding you back, I want to work with you to overcome challenges and be your best self. I’m an integrative psychologist who has spent years helping teens, college students, and adults overcome depression and anxiety, disordered eating, sexual assaults, and many other mental health concerns. I work with each client to develop a relationship based on mutual respect and trust to effectively assist them on their journey of personal growth. I describe myself as a compassionate person that enjoys baking, reading to excess, and well placed sarcasm. I look forward to meeting you and finding out how I can help!
