Welcome to Good Things! I'm Jenna Smith, a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Music Therapist & Psychotherapist. I work with students who are having a hard time in school,
emotionally, socially, and/or academically, due to symptoms related to mental health struggles and trauma. I am personally a singer/songwriter, so if a student enjoys music or is a musician/artist, we can focus on the arts as an avenue to explore identity and express/process different emotions & experiences. I also use traditional talk therapy, can introduce DBT & CBT skills, as well as mindfulness & meditation techniques.
