Cheers to you for starting (or continuing) your mental wellness journey! This part is not easy- but you can feel proud for doing so! Therapy with me will feel like a safe space to have meaningful and transformative dialogue. Together, we will identify a treatment plan that will help you in navigating: life transitions, relationships, trauma, breakups, family concerns, stress/anxiety, work/career issues, thinking patterns, self-esteem, etc.

I believe our thoughts are pivotal in how we see others, ourselves, and the world. If you struggle with negative thought patterns, often feel “in your head” and struggle to thrive in your day to day, let’s talk! I have extensive training and experience with reframing unhelpful thoughts, imposter syndrome, decreasing stress & anxiety symptoms, and self-image concerns. Let’s work together to improve the relationship with yourself and others!

My commitment to clients is to show up authentically, and to provide a safe space that allows you to do the same! While the work of therapy can be challenging and complex, I do my best to make it enjoyable, productive, and worthwhile!

Please feel free to contact me with questions or to schedule your first session! Take care!
