My name is Imari Medeiros (she/her), I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 10 years and feel honored to be in my current role as a psychotherapist.
I am a cis-gender Afro-Latina, born and raised in Brockton, Massachusetts. I attended Simmons University School of Social Work where I earned my Master of Social Work and prior to this obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Bridgewater State University. My experience working in many levels of care with different age groups, cultures, and communities has provided a wide range of skills which has allowed me to support many clients of all backgrounds.
