As a Latina psychotherapist, my work is rooted in creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported on your path toward healing.
My personal journey has shaped my commitment to providing inclusive, culturally aware, and affirming therapy. I work with those struggling with anxiety, negative thought patterns, sex and sexuality, intergenerational trauma, family conflict, religious trauma, self-worth, relationships, and life transitions. I am passionate about supporting first-gen individuals, children of immigrants and have a special interest in working with those whose intersecting identities shape the way they experience the world.
Aside from my work in a private practice setting, I have served as Associate Director of a counseling and wellness center for 5 years.
