Hi there! I work with people who come to therapy for all sorts of reasons, but often because they want to feel better about who they are. Maybe you feel alone or like you're not sure where you're going in life, or your family isn't what you wish it was.

As a a therapist, I like to help people look beneath the surface, beyond the symptoms, and understand what’s really going on. Why *do* you get anxious? Why does it feel like something’s missing? Maybe you know what you should do, but you just can’t seem to bring yourself to do it. Getting a better understanding of how your life has shaped who you are today can help make some of those things feel less confusing—and sometimes make change feel a little more possible.

I have a particular soft spot for working with people who feel alone or different in some kind of way. While I may or may not have lived through the same things, I work hard to make therapy feel like a place where you can share those parts of yourself and maybe feel a little less alone.

Before going into therapy, I spent over a decade working in tech, doing data analytics and software engineering at both big corporations and startups. This gives me a unique perspective on what post-college life might look like, as well as an appreciation for some of the challenges tech poses for people just starting their careers.
