Creating a safe space for self-discovery and personal growth is my utmost priority as a therapist. Life's challenges can feel overwhelming and unpredictable. My primary focus is on nurturing individual strengths to access the potential within each person in order to navigate the unexpected and reach their best selves. Change is often the result of genuinely listening to your worldview and accessing that knowledge with care and compassion. Pairing that with a meaningful experience of a dedicated therapist can move you towards the right path. I believe I can be that therapist for you.
I have developed an understanding of the unique strengths, difficulties, and diverse situations that arise from factors such as sex, gender, race, age, ability, nationality, and other identities. I practice a person-centered approach that is built upon my experience with substance abuse, trauma, mood disorders, developmental difficulties and more.
Searching for therapy providers can be overwhelming, and I appreciate the time and effort you have taken to explore my page. If you are interested, the next step would be a consultation to explore if your needs and my expertise are a good fit.
