Counselor, M.S., LPC
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

Professionally, I approach counseling as an ally and assistant to my clients throughout their counseling journey. I believe "change" is defined by the individual and that everyone has the potential to grow when empowered to do so. We all experience some form of stress, grief, hopelessness, or fear, and the idea that we must shoulder the weight of these emotions alone is counterintuitive to who we are as humans. My goal is to provide you with strong support and tools to manage whatever struggles you may be working through at your own pace.

My counseling approach is person-centered, holistic, integrative, and geared specifically towards you and your personal goals. I strive to create a relaxed and collaborative environment for all cultures and identities.

I specialize in assisting clients in identifying and managing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, interpersonal struggles, and issues with self-esteem. I have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Beginning counseling is a tough first step, but if you feel like you're ready to start, please feel free to call or email to schedule an appointment!
