Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 7 days ago

As a graduate student at Yeshiva University pursuing my MSW, I am deeply committed to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges with a holistic, compassionate approach. My focus areas include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and scrupulosity, and I am passionate about empowering clients to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to everyone’s unique needs. My certification in CBT-T for Non-Underweight Adults with Eating Disorders from the Academy of Eating Disorders enables me to work effectively with clients navigating the complexities of eating disorders, regardless of body size. I believe therapy should be a process of growth and change, which is why I strive to work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans. My goal is always to support you in overcoming difficulties efficiently getting you back to a place of strength and stability, without an extended pause on your life.

In addition to my clinical training, I have gained valuable experience working in both residential and outpatient treatment centers for individuals recovering from eating disorders and serious mental illness (SMI). This hands-on experience has provided me with deep insight into the complexities of mental health recovery, particularly in specialized settings. I have also had the privilege of presenting my research on eating disorders at both national and international conferences, earning recognition and awards for my work.

As a Jewish clinician, I incorporate Jewish values, Jewish law, and an understanding of Jewish holidays into my practice, providing a culturally sensitive and spiritually attuned approach for my Jewish clients. That said, I am also committed to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and my practice is open to all.

My goal is to provide you with effective, holistic treatment that fits seamlessly into your life. I believe that therapy should be both transformative and practical, and I work alongside you to help you overcome challenges while maintaining a fulfilling and balanced life outside of the therapy room. Whether you’re struggling with daily stressors, managing a mental health condition, or looking to overcome longstanding patterns, I am here to guide you in your journey towards lasting change.
