Hi, I'm Gina & I strive to create active, collaborative relationships with my clients. I provide support, a fresh perspective, and evidence-based interventions that build on your strengths to help you achieve your goals. Change can be challenging, scary even but with it come endless new possibilities. The individuals I work with have a sense of humor, are motivated to change and value the benefit of an experienced psychologist. I find that CBT is particularly good at helping people understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and actions.
I have training in many types of therapy including; in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, TF-CBT, Prolonged Exposure, Structural and Strategic Therapy, DBT, and art & play therapy. I am also an adoption competent therapist via NTI training & TAC training as well as working with The Center for Adoption Support and Education.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, frustration, neurodivergence, trauma & the adoption community. I also do anger management. I integrate multiple evidence-based approaches, including attachment & developmental theory, Dialectal Behavior Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am adoptee & adoptive mom.
If you would like an appointment please call 610-544-2110 and dial 1 for intake. If you would like a short consultation you should dial the same number and I am extension 103761.
