Are you struggling through life or feeling lost and directionless? Almost everyone needs help along life’s journey. Life transitions can be hard, and knowing ourselves deeply can help us improve our mood and change our lives. In my psychotherapy practice, I use a non-judgmental approach to help you open-mindedly evaluate your own life and to help you find alternative ways to view and solve your problems.

My education includes a PhD in pharmacology and physiology and a master's degree in clinical social work. My background provides me insight into the intersection between mind and body and helps me look at mental health issues through a holistic lens.

I have familiarity with several different approaches and can offer tailored treatment plans. I will carefully listen and assess your concerns. Then, we will collaboratively plan for how to proceed with treatment.
