I'm so happy you found me.

I work individually with young adults who are high achievers yet feel that no matter what they do, it’s not good enough.

If you feel like you are constantly overthinking your decisions and just feel that no matter what you do, it's not right, we could be a good fit. I help you work through the self-sabotaging thoughts that keep you from truly feeling your best and most confident. I teach you skills to challenge unhelpful ways of thinking about situations. You are not alone in your struggles, many young adults are struggling; whether it's a difficult transition to college, feeling overwhelmed with college expectations, or needing someone to talk to about their feelings without judgment.

I want to empower you to be the best version of yourself. Your hardships are not a reflection of who you are and you deserve the support to achieve the life you want. If you feel we could be a good fit don’t hesitate to contact us and schedule your first appointment.
