I am currently accepting new patients for online video sessions ONLY. I provide services in English and Spanish. I welcome people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, races, religions, ethnicities, ages, and abilities. I provide OUT OF NETWORK services. I specialize in LGBTQAI+ issues/transgender care and new/first generation immigrants.

I am a psychotherapist working for over 20 years, internationally (Mexico) and the USA, with adults and have extensive experience in treating mood and anxiety disorders; trauma recovery; PTSD; mental health and HIV; substance abuse/dual diagnosis; acculturation/transcultural issues, and ADHD.

I use an integrative, humanistic, holistic therapeutic approach to psychotherapy, combining insight and skills-based frameworks. I work collaboratively with each individual integrating the most beneficial approaches to their unique situation. My work also focuses on working with the individual's strengths as a foundation of their healing process.
