I provide counseling for young adults and students in Portland, OR who are managing stress, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as more specific concerns such as OCD, trauma and perinatal support. Whether you’re a student at Portland State University, Lewis & Clark College, or another Portland-area campus, I offer a safe and supportive space to work through challenges, build coping skills, and improve your mental health so you can thrive during your college years and beyond.
