Hi. I am glad you stopped by my practice profile. I am interested in helping campus students, all ages and walks of life, resident or commuter, old or young navigate mental health challenges. I have one undergrad degree, two masters degrees and an additional 40 hrs of graduate counseling work. I know that academic life is tough, but it's worth the work. Sometimes one needs a counselor to get input on how to cope with perfectionism, grades, parents, solo living for the first time, relationships, career goals, and depression. I can help you with all of these concerns. My goal is help you function at your optimum level while enjoying life and making a difference in the world. Give me a call at 803-974-4996.
