You want to see things clearly and make the changes you know need to happen, but you are not sure where to start... You just want to feel less stressed.
With 22 years of experience, I can help. My experience and training has created a holistic and eclectic healing approach to therapy that focuses on your needs---recognizing the unique impact stress has on your brain and body. You are the change agent in your life--I will work with you to support you in your healing process.
