Psychologist, PsyD

Psychotherapy is a process of slowing down and working together to understand what has been troubling you. The type of therapy I practice is grounded in making sense of how old relationships, experiences, and identities are impacting you in the here and now. Our patient-therapist relationship becomes the primary source for understanding your patterns in other relationships and I strive to create a therapy relationship that fosters curiosity, vulnerability, and growth.

I earned my doctorate at the University of Denver and completed my Internship and Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Rochester Counseling Center. I also previously worked with university students at the University of Northern Colorado and MSU Denver.

I am trained in relational psychodynamic and humanistic approaches to therapy and work with individuals, couples, and groups. I get down to work from the moment we meet to help you feel understood and create long-term, meaningful change. If you think we might be a good fit, please contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.
