Accepting clients Last Updated 13 days ago

At times you can feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or stressed by the events of your life. I provide a safe and caring space where you can explore these feelings. I bring humor, respect and a spirit of collaboration into our work together. I work with adults, college and graduate students.

I have many years working with gender identity and transitioning. Other areas I work with include: stress, career and academic issues, life transitions, sexual assault, grief and loss, relationship issues, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, parenting challenges, attachment styles and trauma.

Our goal together is to support you to develop skills you can take with you .

Through our work together we will draw on a variety of therapeutic methods including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness Based Practices, Family Systems, EMDR, Meditation, Polyvagal & more.

I work with clients to develop a sense of confidence when relating to others, I encourage clients to learn how to communicate effectively with clarity, and develop skills for coping with stress.

All services offered via secure web-based video chat. Please email or call to set up an appointment or consultation. If you are willing to drive out to Trumansburg, (about 20 minutes outside of Ithaca) I am happy to see you in person.
