My objective is to give you practical tools that you can actually use outside of session so that you feel more confident and capable of handling whatever life throws your way. Sessions with me are very collaborative, I want to know what you’re looking to get out of therapy and how you feel comfortable getting there. We’ll break things down together, create a roadmap and develop goals, and help you get back to feeling like yourself.
Gaining freedom from negative thoughts and patterns is completely possible, even though it may feel hard to envision at first. Though change doesn’t happen overnight, with dedication and perseverance, the change you see in yourself and in your life can be majorly impactful and long lasting.
