I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating a painful loss, experiencing drastic changes that pushed life off balance, or grappling with the lasting impacts of a traumatic event. We'll work on ways to process overwhelming feelings of sadness, stress, and anxiety. My goal is to empower you to live in alignment with your values, investigate the influence of oppressive systems, make actionable changes, and create meaning and hope. I am passionate about working with women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, second and first-generation immigrants, as well as the Asian American community.
