Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the complex emotions that come with everyday life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe everybody deserves dignity and respect. I have several years of experience helping teens, adults, and families navigate a variety of challenges with life transitions ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and grief. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental (virtual) space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take steps toward meaningful change.
Most of my availability is in the evenings and on weekends. Please reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit to work together!
