Gabi is a licensed professional counselor with a specialized focus on supporting high performers, first responders, and athletes. She has her master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and extensive experience in addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress management. She integrates a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to provide a holistic and effective approach to mental wellness. Gabi values authenticity, humor, and curiosity in the therapeutic process and looks forward to supporting clients in navigating the unique highs and lows of leading a fulfilling life.
