Fusion Care Group is formerly SD Psychological Services (SDPS), originally opened by Dr. Silva in Lakeside, CA, as a group private practice in 2007. The mission, to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults to enable them to work through, and grow from, difficult life events. Fusion takes these core concepts and expands upon them to create change in both the industry and its clients.

The staff of highly qualified licensed professionals at Fusion Care Group are selected for clients based on need and therapists’ areas of expertise.

Fusion Care Group’s mission is to provide the highest quality care available, combined with the best client experience. To become the go to team for assisting people in time of need or simply dealing with life’s everyday situations in a comfortable, calm and caring environment.
