We are Free Spirit Counseling and Collaborative, a partnership with the same ultimate goals of helping others to better their lives through healing and discovering their best selves. Free Spirit provides:

Our core values are kindness, respect, honor, inspiration, creative freedom, and hope. At Free Spirit we live our core values in all aspects of our work and environment. This creates an atmosphere that is comfortable for everyone, those of us who work here, as well as our clients.

The counseling services at Free Spirit are not tailored to one specialized population or issue. We are generalists who help with all kinds of situations, to include but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, military and military family challenges, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, chronic illness, spirituality concerns, grief and loss, substance abuse, relationship challenges, play therapy, and more. We see ages 6+ and provide individual, couples, families, and group work, and we also provide online therapy.
