You might be here because life feels overwhelming—perhaps you're navigating depression, anxiety, or the weight of gender dysphoria. I work with adults who are seeking to better understand their emotional experiences, develop lasting tools for support, and build a more grounded relationship with themselves.

In our work together, I draw from psychodynamic therapy to help you explore how early experiences may be shaping current patterns. Through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), we’ll examine the relationship between thoughts and behaviors and begin to reshape them in more self-compassionate and balanced ways. I also integrate somatic therapy, which helps us attune to the body and process emotions held physically. This approach can be especially powerful for clients experiencing gender dysphoria, where distress is often deeply embodied.

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and honest. You set the pace, and together we’ll create a space where you feel seen and supported, where showing up exactly as you are is more than enough. My role is to offer tools, curiosity, and compassion as we explore what’s getting in the way of you feeling more like yourself.

I've supported LGBTQ+ clients in long-term therapy and that experience shaped my commitment to creating a safe, affirming space, especially for queer and trans clients. As a queer and trans clinician, it’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they come into themselves.

Outside of sessions, I recharge by taking long walks, playing video games, and strumming my bass guitar. Creativity and connection fuel me and I bring that same spirit into the therapy room.

If you’re feeling unsure about where to begin, that’s okay. Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out, just a willingness to start.
