Frances Canaday

Counselor, LPC
Last Updated 53 days ago

I’m Fran, LPC, and I specialize in supporting college students as they navigate academic pressure, identity development, social challenges, and life transitions. College can be an incredibly rewarding experience, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and stressful at times. Using an eclectic approach that incorporates CBT and ACT, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where students feel heard and empowered. Together, we work to reduce anxiety and depression, build coping skills, and find a healthy balance during this pivotal time in life.
