My primary specialty areas include anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and body-focused repetitive behaviors.
I have experience providing therapy at the inpatient and intensive outpatient levels of care. As a result, my counseling approach is eclectic to include, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, exposure response prevention (ERP), & eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR).
