Based in Colorado, we work with many individuals who love the outdoors. Mountain climbing and other popular outdoor activities come with inherent risks, but we accept those risk to live a full life. Climbers must focus upward to calm their nerves, often relying on others to help them advance effectively and safely. Just take it one rock at a time and trust your body. Similar to climbing a mountain, in therapy you choose to take a risk; inviting someone else to join your climbing team to help you along the way. The Focus Upward team are here to help support your climb with mental health and wellbeing services.
