At Florida Acupuncture and Counseling, our mission is to provide compassionate, patient-focused mental health care that empowers individuals, couples, and families to heal and thrive. We specialize in evidence-based counseling approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Couples Counseling, and Trauma-Focused Care, along with EMDR, mindfulness, and meditation.

We believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. To support mental and emotional health, we also integrate Eastern medicine practices such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle guidance, creating a holistic path toward resilience and well-being.
